ITINERARY 

 

 

07:30 hrs : Discover the famous filming locations of the Film “The Man With the Golden Gun” in Phang Nga Bay. Phang Nga Bay found its way onto the tourist map through its starring role in the James Bond movie featuring Roger Moore as 007, and is distinctive for its sheer limestone cliffs that jut vertically out of the emerald-green water.

Following a pick-up from your hotel, transfer to Phang Nga Bay by air-conditioned minivan. En route to the pier, we make a short visit to Suwankhuha Temple or otherwise known as the "Monkey Cave Temple", here you will see many friendly monkeys welcoming you at the front of the cave. It's also a great opportunity to explore the sleeping Buddha that lies within the Cave.

 

Continuing onwards, once we arrive at the pier you will board a Traditional Thai Longtail Boat and begin your sea adventure with a Tour of Phang Nga Bay which is famous for its natural scenery, limestone rocks, islands and caves (as well as the 007 movie locations).

Then we visit the famous Lohd Cave by canoe (For Canoe, extra 250 Thai Baht = AUD 9 per person, paid on the day) . When you emerge from the cave‚ observe the rocky Gypsy Village and pass the two limestone mountains of Khao Ta Poo before reaching the island of Ping–Kan‚ better known as James Bond Island! 

 

Lunch is served at the floating fishing village of Koh Panyee. Then return to your hotel in Phuket. Don't miss the ultimate James Bond Island experience in Phuket!
